The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.StChristopherPendants.co.uk or via email or phone with 'StChristopherPendants'. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through our website or over the phone you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods & Accuracy of Product Information
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site and adverts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Weights given on the site are approximate as many items are handmade and not mass produced. If you want us to check an item for you before ordering please contact us. The intention of StChristopherPendants is that all information on the website and adverts should be as accurate and up to date as possible.

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments if there is an error or omission in the price published for the goods whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void. All prices on our website include VAT ( GB 942 0747 28 ) for UK customers. Prices are unless stated exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Any offers made by email, post or phone to supply goods is not binding until a dated final invoice has been issued by PDF, Fax or Mail.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Maestro through Sagepay and Paypal. When ordering you must provide us with you're exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

If your transaction is declined because of an incorrect billing address / CCV / address verification error a shadow for the transaction ( pre-authorisation ) will appear on your account for each payment attempted. This may remain on your card for a number of days but the exact period depends on the issuing bank of the card.  Some transactions will go through an further level of fraud prevention, we may need to contact you on your given telephone number. If you give an incorrect number it may result in your transaction being cancelled. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 6 working days. You can also pay by Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer; Sterling denominated Postal and Money orders. We aim to process these transactions the day the payment clears.

Promotions
All Promotions that require a minimum spend require the minimum amount to be reached after any other discounts and shipping.

Suitability of our product's for Children.
Our products are not suitable for children. Please note our items of jewellery are not intended for wearing by children as small parts may represent a hazard. Children should always be supervised by an adult when around any item of jewellery.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. Item availability will be confirmed once an order is placed or can be checked before ordering by calling or emailing us.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will also depend on the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm (GMT) the same day. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position immediately. If there is going to be a delay we will always offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.

Missing Orders
All customers will get an order dispatched email when their order is posted. This is the actual day of posting and this is only sent after an order is dispatched. It will contain a tracking number enabling you to check on the progress of your parcel. The exactly information available will depend on the method chosen. If an order does not arrive within the specified delivery time we will do our best to resolve any problems with the Royal Mail. Items sent Special Delivery could normally be replaced if they have not arrived within 7 working days. As for all other methods of postage, we cannot report them lost until 15 working days have lapsed since the order was sent. Only after this period can we dispatch replacement items.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Damage in transit If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and you should get in touch within 7 days from delivery.

Shortages Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post.

In-Correct Goods It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Cancellation of Orders
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund. Please notify us of your wish to cancel by phone or in writing. It is your responsibility to return any such items in the original condition. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than originally sent may not be accepted. We will issue your refund within 30 days. Out with this period but with 21 day of delivery you can still cancel but the refund will be less postage costs. Just get in touch to let us know you will be returning the order.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.

Other
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
