All Items purchased through our website come with a 21 day returns policy. If you wish to return an item within 21 days of purchase in original condition we will accept the item for a refund. We at St Christopher Pendants are sure you will love our products but if you wish to swap the item for something else this is also possible within the first 21 days of purchase provided its as new.

If you have the need to cancel or return an item you have purchased please call or write first to let us know you want to return it so we can look out for it it in the post. We advise all customers to send items back via an insured method. If you cancel within the 'Cooling off' period i.e the first 7 days after the goods are delivered we can issue a full refund. Out with this period and up to 21 days the refund will be less the postage charges. Please note all refunds will be made directly to the card or account that the order was paid from originally. All refunds will be made within 30 days. If shipping is on any promotion the normal shipping cost will be deducted.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
