All orders received after 12noon on Thursday December 21st will be dispatched on/around Tuesday January 3rd 2012.

Shipping
Approximate delivery times from dispatch are shown below. Please note that the only UK service that has a guaranteed delivery time is Special delivery. If an item is needed urgently or last minute please give us a call or drop as and email as we will almost always be able to arrange something. If an order is placed before 2pm we will aim to dispatch the same working day.
Special Delivery - Next Working Day before 1 pm
1st Class (Recorded) - Around 1 Working Day
International Delivery services do not have guaranteed delivery times. If you want a more exact delivery time please get in touch and we can check for you.
Airmail International Signed for 3 - 8 Working Days
For all UK orders please choose Special Delivery if you want insurance. Please note all services require a signature on delivery however if someone is not going to be in you can choose to have the order delivered to an alternative address.
Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday
We offer a Guaranteed delivery service on Saturday's for orders placed on Friday however you need to call or email before ordering to confirm availability. The service costs £3.50 in additional to the normal next working day delivery charge.
Free Delivery Promotion
We are currently running a free delivery promotion. If customers in the UK spend over £120 they get free Next Working day delivery. This will be automatically added when you order goes over the threshold.
Bank Holiday & Closures
Please note we are closed for all Uk ( English ) bank holidays and thus delivery times will be extended around these periods. If we are closed for any other reason a notice will be placed on this page and the checkout.
BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
All customers wanting to ship an order to a BFPO address should select BFPO as the recipient country. Please note you will need to pick International Signed for as the delivery method for all BFPO address. We will forward a letter by email to confirm the recipient's status, which will need to be signed and returned before the order can be processed. If you need any more details please give us a call.
Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
